Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix Names Sistic as Official Ticketing Partner Beginning in 2027

The Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix has appointed Singapore-based ticketing company Sistic as its official ticketing partner in a new agreement that will take effect with the 2027 race.

Under the partnership, Sistic will be responsible for delivering a full range of ticketing services for one of Formula 1’s most prominent events. The company will manage primary ticket sales, hospitality suite ticketing, onsite box office operations, and additional event support functions tied to the annual race weekend.

The agreement marks a significant addition to Sistic’s portfolio as the company continues to expand its role within the international live events and sports sectors. Sistic is part of the AXS network following AEG’s acquisition of a majority stake in the Singapore ticketing provider in October 2025.

Joe Ow, chief executive of Sistic shared, “The Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix is one of the most complex and high-profile sporting events in the region. As Sistic continues to scale within the global AXS ticketing network, we are bringing together our already deep, local market expertise with world-class technology to deliver a seamless ticketing experience for fans.”

“This partnership reflects a shared commitment to innovation, integrity, operational excellence, and builds on our longstanding experience supporting the early editions of the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix and other premier experiences in Singapore,” Ow continued.

Clarence Lai, ticketing and accreditation director at Singapore GP Pte Ltd, shared, “Sistic stood out in a highly competitive tender process combining strong technological capabilities with deep local expertise.”

“Their prior experience supporting the early editions of the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix, as well as other large-scale events, demonstrates a clear understanding of our event’s operational complexity and the ability to deliver with confidence,” Lai said.

The new partnership also strengthens ties between the Singapore race and the wider AXS organization, which already supports several Formula 1 events around the world. Among its motorsports-related services, AXS provides credentialing and accreditation support for both the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix and the Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix.
